Some of our Games include voice chat features powered by Photon Voice. When you use voice chat, your voice is transmitted in real time to other players in your session. We do not record or store voice chat audio.

Game-Specific Data Collection

Different Games may collect different data depending on their features and platform:

BREACH (Meta Quest, Steam): Collects all categories listed above, including voice chat data through Photon Voice for multiplayer communication. Platform account info is received from Meta or Steam depending on where you play.

BREACH: REWIND (Meta Quest): Collects all categories listed above, including voice chat data through Photon Voice for multiplayer communication. Platform account info is received from Meta.

VECTOR: Collects device, account, gameplay, multiplayer, and backend data as described above. Specific data collection depends on the platform VECTOR is played on.

If a Game does not use a particular feature (such as voice chat), the related data is not collected for that Game.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Operate and maintain our Games
Enable online features and multiplayer matchmaking
Save your progress and manage in-game accounts
Improve gameplay balance, stability, and performance
Provide customer support
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues

Photon (Exit Games) for real-time multiplayer networking and voice chat

Other platform operators as required to provide Games on their platforms

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of players, our company, or others.

Retention length may vary depending on the data type, purpose, and Game.
